Coonhound Central's Survey Question Submittal Form

Our plans are to regularly change the survey questions on the front page. Our goal is to post a new one every Monday. For that to happen, we will need suggestions from our users for surveys. If you would like to submit a question for our survey, you can fill in the form below. Depending on how many we get a week and the quality of the survey questions, we may not be able to use everyone's. We will try to as best we can. Just fill out the form by submitting the "Survey Question" you want to ask. Then you can indicate up to 5 responses for people to choose from. You do not need to use all five, but you need at least two. Then answer why you think the survey questions should be asked. Finally submit your email address in contact info. You will be taken to our poll page after you submit your survey question.
